Minor Issues: We may clean around these at our discretion:

Major Issues: We will refund your payment and leave without cleaning:
  • Hoarding conditions or junk removal scenarios
  • Homes in overall "bad shape"
  • Heavy buildup of grime on most surfaces
  • Heavily soiled floors
  • Biohazardous materials (human/pet waste, blood, drug paraphernalia)
  • Pest infestations
